Rental Policies

Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation.

The balance is due 30 days in advance on Holidays, otherwise 3 weeks. This deposit is refundable if you cancel 3 weeks or more in advance of your scheduled arrival date, 4 weeks on Holidays. A $60.00 service charge will be retained on each cancellation per above time frames.

Guests are obligated to the full period of their reservation. For example, if a reservation is confirmed for seven days and the guest leaves after five days, he/she will be held responsible for the full seven days. In the event the unit is rented to another party for the remaining days, then the money will be cheerfully and promptly refunded less a $60.00 cancellation fee.

All of the townhomes are privately owned and fully furnished.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $300 is required at check-in for all rentals, against damage, missing items, or in the event excessive cleaning is required.
  • Check-in:  4:00 p.m. or sooner if the unit is ready.
  • Check-out:  10:00 a.m. or later with permission.
    • Late check-out is not permitted on back-to-back bookings.
    • Late check-in fee after midnight. $25.00 cash upon arrival
  • There are no Check-ins or Check-outs on December 25.
  • All check-ins for the Christmas Holiday must be made prior to December 25.
  • All check-outs must be made after December 25 for the Christmas Holiday.
  • All units are non-smoking
  • Must be 21 years of age, financially responsible and must stay the entire stay.
