A Rental Deposit of one half the total rent is required to guarantee a reservation.  Balance is due 30 days in advance on Holidays, otherwise 3 weeks.  This deposit is refundable if you cancel 3 weeks or more in advance of your scheduled arrival date, 4 weeks on Holidays.  A $75 service charge will be retained on each cancellation per above time frames.  Guests are obligated to the full period of their reservation.  For example, if a reservation is confirmed for seven days and the guest leaves after five days, he/she will be held responsible for the full seven days.  In the event the unit is rented to another party for the remaining days, then the money will be cheerfully and promptly refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee.

• Miscellaneous Fees:

  • Check in after 12:00 midnight - $25.00

  • Cleaning Fee - $75.00 to $85.00

These condominiums are privately owned, fully furnished homes.  A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $300 against damage, missing items or excessive cleaning is required on check-in for rentals.  If all is in order, your damage deposit will be returned within approximately 14 days.

• Check in: 5:00 p.m. or sooner if ready.

  • Subject to delays during holidays and special events.

• Check out: 10:00 a.m. or later with permission.

  • Late check out is not permitted on back-to-back bookings.

• There are no Check-ins or Check-outs on December 25.

  • All check-ins for the Christmas Holiday must be made prior to December 25.

  • All check-outs must be made after December 25 for the Christmas Holiday.
